اختتام معرض توظيف أخطبوط التاسع 2018 بحضور أكثر من 20,000 باحث عن عمل

(عمّان، 8 أكتوبر 2018) – أطلقت أخطبوط – الشبكة الوظيفية  (www.akhtaboot.com)حدثها المهني الأكبر في الأردن للسنة التاسعة على التوالي، “معرض توظيف أخطبوط التاسع 2018” في 26 و 27 أيلول / سبتمبر 2018 في مدينة الحسين للشباب – قاعة عمّان الكبرى. وافتتح المعرض معالي وزير العمل السيد سمير مراد بحضور معالي سفير الاتحاد الأوروبي والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة أخطبوط السيد يوسف شمعون.

تعد معارض التوظيف فرصة فريدة للباحثين عن عمل للالتقاء بممثلي الشركات في مكان واحد والتعرف على الفرص الوظيفية المتاحة. وقد يبدو للباحث عن عمل لوهلة أنه الشخص لملائم لأي شاغر في مجال تخصصه دون التمعّن في المؤهلات الوظيفية والصفات الشخصية التي تميزه عن غيره من المرشحين.  ومن الجدير بالذكر أن استبيان الشركات خلال “معرض توظيف أخطبوط الثامن 2017” أظهر مشكلة واضحة في جاهزية المتقدمين للوظائف والذين كانت أعدادهم كبيرة بالنظر لعدد السير الذاتية التي تم تقديمها. ومن هنا تبرز مشكلة جوهرية في المعتقدات التي يحملها الباحثون عن عمل عن أنفسهم عند حضور معارض التوظيف من ناحية عدم إدراكهم لما يتطلبه الأمر للحصول على وظيفة في سوق العمل التنافسي....
