Infographic: Assessing Employee Relationships in the Workplace within the MENA Region

83% of employees in the MENA region claim that having good relationships with their coworkers contributes to their performance at work. The way employees treat each other at work and the relationship they have with each other can have a direct effect on their job satisfaction, productivity and ultimately the company’s retention rates. Akhtaboot surveyed job seekers from all over the MENA region to assess the nature of the relationship between coworkers in terms of: work performance, teamwork and their behavior with one another in general.
