The importance of preparing for a job interview cannot be underestimated. However, being too prepared can sometimes work against you! Provide examples of times you’ve managed conflict, solved problems effectively, and used your influence to achieve positive results.
Always remember that your education, your experiences, what you’ve learned on your own about the company has gotten you to this point, but what will seal your success is your ability to genuinely relate to others.
