أطلقت أخطبوط – الشبكة الوظيفية (www.akhtaboot.com) حدثها الوظيفي الأكبر في الأردن للسنة العاشرة على التوالي “معرض توظيف أخطبوط العاشر 2019” في 18 و19 سبتمبر، في مدينة الحسين للشباب – قاعة عمّان الكبرى وذلك تحت رعاية معالي وزير العمل السيد نضال فيصل البطاينة وذلك بمشاركة أكثر من 50 شركة أردنية وعالمية، والتي وفرت بدورها أكثر من 2,600 فرصة عمل غطت مجموعة واسعة من قطاعات الأعمال والتخصصات.
من جهته قال السيد يوسف شمعون، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة أخطبوط: “نحن سعداء بإقبال الباحثين عن عمل لحضور معرض توظيف أخطبوط، وهذا يدل على مدى أهمية المبادرات التي تعنى بالتوظيف. على الرغم من أن المعرض يمثل فرصة كبيرة للباحثين عن عمل من مختلف الأعمار والفئات والتخصصات، إلا أنه ما زالت هناك حاجة ملحة لايجاد برامج تدريبية لبناء قدرات الشباب الباحث عن العمل للمساهمة في رفع خبراتهم الشخصية والعملية بطرق ممنهجة وبدعم من مؤسسات رسمية – وخاصة المهنية منها – ليتمكنوا من دخول سوق العمل بثقة.”
وللحرص على استمرارية ونجاح عملية التوظيف، حرصت أخطبوط على إبقاء جميع شواغر المعرض فعالة بعد المعرض ولمدة شهرين على الرابط: jobfair.akhtaboot.com، بحيث يتمكن الباحثون عن عمل من التقديم حتى بعد انتهاء المعرض. وتخلل المعرض دورات مجانية في كلا اليومين عن مهارات كتابة السيرة الذاتية، ومهارات المقابلة.رعاة “معرض توظيف أخطبوط العاشر 2019”
