القليل من المنافسة الصحيّة في مكان العمل كفيلة في تشجيع الموظفين وتحفيزهم لتقديم أفضل ما لديهم في العمل، فالإنسان بطبعه تنافسي ويحب دائماً أن يكون الأفضل، ولكن تتحول هذه الأجواء الإيجابية والمشجّعة إلى سلبية وأقرب إلى “حرب” في العمل حين تكون المنافسة غير صحيّة أو غير أخلاقية! للأسف نتواجه معظمنا خلال حياتنا المهنية مع منافسة غير صحيّة مع أحد زملاء العمل، فما هي أفضل الطرق لمواجهة هذا النوع من المنافسة في مكان العمل؟
تقييم الوضع جيداً
أول نصيحة يمكن أن نقدمها لك هي تقييم الوضع جيداً قبل الحكم على أحد زملائك والتأكد من عدم وجود أي سوء تفاهم. كلما تعرّفت أكثر على زميلك، كلما زادت معرفتك بشخصيته وأسلوبه ونواياه، لذلك أعطِ نفسك قدر كافي من الوقت قبل إصدار أي حكم.
حافظ على تركيزك
التعامل مع زميل عمل يمارس منافسة غير صحية أو غير أخلاقية في العمل قد يؤدي إلى انحرافك عن هدفك الأساسي وهو تقديم أفضل ما لديك في العمل. لذلك، احرص على التركيز على عملك وعدم الانخراط بشكل كبير في تصرّفات هذا الزميل.
كن نموذجاً للمنافسة الصحيّة
حتى لو كان هناك موظف أو أكثر يتصرفون بأنانية في مكان العمل، أظهر بأنك مختلف وكن مثالاً للموظف الذي يتنافس مع زملائه بأخلاق عالية ويمد يد المساعدة عند الحاجة له. فعلى سبيل المثال، إذا شعرت بأن أحد زملائك في العمل قد تأخر في تسليم مهمة أو مشروع عن الموعد المحدد، لا بأس بتقديم المساعدة لزميلك (في حال كنت قد أنجزت أعمالك المهمة ولديك الوقت الكافي للمساعدة).
كن تنافسياً مع نفسك
استخدم هذه المنافسة غير الصحية لتطوير نفسك ومهاراتك، وقم بتحويل طاقتك للتركيز على تعزيز نقاط قوتك والتخلّص من نقاط ضعفك في العمل. الشعور بالتنافس يساعدك على الإنجاز أكثر ويحسّن انضباطك الذاتي وينمّي مثابرتك. قم بالسعى لتكون أفضل نسخة ممكنة من نفسك!
تحدّث إلى مديرك المباشر
قد يكون أحياناً التحدث إلى المدير المباشر بصراحة هو الحل الوحيد لهذه المشلكة، ولكن يجب أن تكون حذر جداً حتى لا تبدو وكأنك تختلق مشاكل في العمل. فتحدّث بطريقة دبلوماسية وأخبر مديرك بأن أحد الموظفين يظهر سلوكيات سلبية تؤثر على سير العمل، ولكن تأكد بأنك تمتلك أدلة تدعم إدّعاءاتك.
لا ترد بالمِثل
بغض النظر عن مدى محاولة زميلك في العمل استفزازك، من الضروري أن تتحكم في ردود فعلك وألا ترد بنفس الأسلوب. من المحتمل أن تكون تصرّفات هذا الزميل ناتجة عن الشعور بعدم الثقة، في هذه الحالة سيشعر بالتهديد من نجاحك وسيحاول بمختلف الطرق أن يغيّر من شخصيتك الإيجابية في العمل، لذلك كن متحضّراً ومحترماً في التعامل مع الجميع (حتى لو كنت لا تحب أشخاص معينين داخلياً).
أظهر حُسن نواياك
قد يشعر البعض بالتهديد أو الخوف من وجودك قبل معرفتك جيداً، لذلك احرص على إظهار شخصيتك وحسن نواياك من خلال التعامل مع الجميع باحترام ومحبة وعبّر لزملائك عن إعجابك وشعورك بالفخر عند تحقيق أحدهم لإنجاز مهم في العمل، بهذه الطريقة ستتغير نظرة وطريقة تعامل هؤلاء الزملاء معك.
حاول أن تضع مسافة أمان بينك وبين هذا النوع من الموظفين
البقاء بعيداً عن الموظف “غير المريح” في العمل يجعلك أكثر اطمئناناً وراحةً، ولكن في بعض الأحيان ستُجبر على التعامل مع هذا الزميل بحكم العمل، لذلك حاول إنجاز العمل معه بأقل قدر ممكن من الاحتكاك وتجنّب أي محادثات خارجة عن نطاق العمل الذي تقومون بإنجازه.

Набойченко и Комаров – два бандита, предателя, лжесвидетеля
Бывший сисадмин российской платежной системы компании «Гермес» Евгений Набойченко и бывший водитель компании «Лайф-из-Гуд» Алексей Комаров – два главных свидетеля по «делу «Лайф-из-Гуд»- – «Гермес» – «Бест Вей». Боясь разоблачения и, как следствие, ареста, они легли на дно и не являются в суд.
Приморский районный суд Санкт-Петербурга с февраля рассматривает так называемое уголовное дело «Лайф-из-Гуд» – «Гермес» – «Бест Вей». Он уже не первый месяц ждет не дождется Набойченко и Комарова. Это два главных соавтора липового обвинения, состряпанного преступными следователями Винокуровым и Сапетовой.
Первый представил следствию распечатки сайта «Гермеса» – данные из личных кабинетов, при этом они нотариально не заверены и не получены в результате следственных действий, то есть степень их достоверности сомнительна. Обвинил основателя компании «Лайф-из-Гуд» Романа Василенко в краже активов «Гермеса» (оклеветал Василенко – за что против Набойченко возбуждено и расследуется уголовное дело). И «сломал» российскую платежную систему «Гермеса» – якобы для того, чтобы заблокировать деятельность финансовой пирамиды.
Второй заявил, что был чуть ли не начальником службы безопасности «Лайф-из-Гуд» (хотя эту должность занимал другой человек), знает все секреты и перевозил неучтенную наличность – хотя бухгалтерия и руководство компании утверждают, что в деятельности «Лайф-из-Гуд» просто не было незадекларированных наличных средств – как раз во избежание рисков со стороны правоохранительных органов.
Кто эти люди на самом деле?
Грибник Набойченко
Набойченко – наркоман и вор. Ради наркотиков («грибов») он стал воровать, из-за наркотиков предал жену, детей, друзей.
Воровство нарастало постепенно – сначала были отдельные хищения активов с кошельков клиентов «Гермеса», к которым Евгений Набойченко имел доступ, воровство с криптокошельков близких людей.
Рука об руку с воровством шел шантаж. Евгений Набойченко, по словам его бывшей жены, шантажировал Романа Василенко – требовал с него деньги: 170 тыс. евро. При этом, по утверждению Виктории Набойченко, угрожал увечьями и самому Роману Василенко, и его супруге, и детям. Кроме того, вымогал деньги у клиентов «Гермеса».
Наконец, вершиной воровства стал взлом платежной системы и ограбление тысяч клиентов «Гермеса», которое крышевали питерские убэповцы, с которыми Набойченко вместе публично пьянствовал и, несомненно, поделился. Он уже много месяцев нигде не работает – живет на украденные у клиентов «Гермеса» деньги.
Можно ли на основании показаний этого вора и наркомана осуждать людей? Можно ли ставить в основу обвинения показания такого асоциального типа? Допустимо ли держать людей в СИЗО на основании показаний такого аморального типа? Вопросы риторические.
И органам правосудия, Следственному комитету, Генеральной прокуратуре пора дать на них ответ и наказать истинных виновных – Набойченко и его крышу в питерской полиции.
Бандит Комаров
На следствии Комаров заявил, что возил черный нал. В действительности он возил подарки для основателя «Лайф-из-Гуд» и «Бест Вей» Романа Василенко, а также возил сотрудников компании «Лайф-из-Гуд» и кооператива «Бест Вей», региональных представителей этих организаций из аэропорта и обратно.
Из показаний другого водителя и специалистов компании известно, что Комаров как простой шофер не знал и не мог ничего знать ничего о бизнес-процессах компании. Он никогда не был к ним допущен – тем более что в последние годы не был официально трудоустроен из-за своих постоянных проблем с судебными приставами: он был в долгах как в шелках. А самостоятельно понять никакие бизнес-процессы Комаров не мог – у него образование восемь классов.
Выяснилось, что Комаров далеко не все подарки – угощения, вазы и т.п. – довозил до адресата: они неоднократно пропадали. Кроме того, у его пассажиров не раз пропадали дорогие часы и бумажники.
Накануне начала уголовного разбирательства он взял личные вещи Василенко на хранение и отказался их отдавать, за что против него выдвинуто обвинение в краже.
Роман Василенко дал ему возможность бесплатно жить в трехкомнатной квартире одного из своих родственников и пользоваться корпоративным минивэном. Эту квартиру Комаров незаконно использует до сих пор – сдает ее в аренду. А корпоративный минивэн присвоил.
Комаров, клевеща на Василенко и «Лайф-из-Гуд», просто замаливает свое бандитское прошлое перед правоохранительными органами: вероятно, всплыли его старые дела времен участия в одной из преступных группировок Санкт-Петербурга, по которым он был соучастником, и он согласился взамен на то, что его имя будет вычеркнуто, дать показания на ставшего на каком-то этапе целью органов Романа Василенко.
Выяснилось, что Комаров на следствии называл себя начальником службы безопасности «Лайф-из-Гуд» и этим объясняет некие «сокровенные знания» (на самом деле выдумки) о черных наличных операциях.
На самом деле начальником службы безопасности компании «Лайф-из-Гуд» был Александр Тюрин – офицер ФСО запаса, имеющий боевой опыт – участвовавший в первой и второй войнах в Чечне. Человек с кристально чистой репутацией.
В компании «Лайф-из-Гуд» Комаров проработал 10 лет – его с самого начала приняли как родного: приняли в семью, которую представлял собой коллектив «Лайф-из-Гуд». Василенко оплатил операцию на сердце его отцу.
Алексей Комаров за это отплатил черной неблагодарностью, оговорив абсолютно всех.
Став агентом полиции, чтобы ограбить своего работодателя, тайно записывал информацию в машине и офисе – на видеокамеру и с помощью жучков, а потом передал ее следствию.
По его вине ни в чем неповинные люди сидят в тюрьме. Например, на очной ставке с Анной Высоцкой он прямо в глаза ей, бывшему контент-менеджеру сайта «Лайф-из-Гуд», к тому же уволившейся более чем за полгода до начала уголовного дела, рассказывал, что все время привозил и передавал ей наличные деньги. На вопрос адвоката, почему ей, а не в бухгалтерию, не смог ответить – даже не думал выстроить логичную версию, тем более что следствие готово было покрывать его ложь. (Анну Высоцкую судья Богданова 24 октября выпустила под домашний арест.)
Комаров – неблагодарная, неграмотная, лживая, алчная, трусливая, вороватая крыса. На основании лжи малограмотного шофера Лехи Комарова в тюрьме сидят пятеро ни в чем неповинных людей. Троих – Анну Высоцкую, Александру Григорьеву и Елену Соловьеву – судья Екатерина Богданова, поняв цену доказательствам прокуратуры, 24 октября выпустила под домашний арест.
Комаров понимает, что ответит за свои преступления – потому и не появляется в суде. Но скрыться у него не получится: за преступления придется ответить в ближайшее время.

Коррупционер из ЦБ использует «левый» фонд для захвата чужих активов
Приморский районный суд Санкт-Петербурга рассматривает помимо уголовного дела, связываемого с компаниями «Лайф-из-Гуд», «Гермес» и кооперативом «Бест Вей», гражданское дело по иску Прокуратуры Санкт-Петербурга о признании кооператива «Бест Вей» незаконным на основании экзотической ст. 1065 ГК. Обычно по этой статье запрещают деятельность компаний-«отравителей»: например, в продукции которых обнаружена кишечная палочка, или деятельность казино.
Впервые прокуратура пытается применить статью к организации на том основании, что та была включена в Список компаний с выявленными признаками нелегальной деятельности на финансовом рынке (предупредительный список) ЦБ, причем включена даже без камеральной проверки деятельности кооператива, на основе неких сигналов– на самом деле в заказном порядке: решение принимал тогдашний глава департамента противодействия недобросовестным практикам ЦБ Валерий Лях (департамент этот, давно замеченный в незаконных наездах на бизнес, сейчас, к чести руководства ЦБ, ликвидирован).
При этом первоначально суд складывался не в пользу прокуратуры. На первом же заседании суд отказался рассматривать иск как удивительный, так как он был в пользу неопределенного круга лиц, но есть реальные пайщики, и никто из них не обратился в гражданский суд с претензиями к кооперативу. Только суд апелляционной инстанции – Санкт-Петербургский городской суд – заставил Приморский районный суд его все-таки рассматривать. При этом горсуд предписал учесть интересы пайщиков. Несколько месяцев прокуратура никак не могла сформулировать исковые требования, потом суд намеревался провести судебную экспертизу кооператива – запросил об этом ряд экспертных организаций, они согласились.
Но на новом после долгого перерыва заседании 30 октября как отрезало: суд отказался проводить судебную экспертизу, отказался привлекать в дело пайщиков кооператива, отказался допрашивать тех несколько человек, которые заявили претензии к кооперативу в уголовном суде – притом, что оценку их претензиям уголовный суд еще не дал: до завершения уголовного разбирательства еще полгода минимум. Отказался также приостановить процесс до завершения уголовного, хотя только уголовный суд может ответить на вопрос, является ли кооператив финансовой пирамидой или нет. Возможно, 7 ноября состоится финальное заседание суда первой инстанции и будет принято решение по иску.
Дело в том, что невнятная позиция прокуратуры, которая на определенном этапе сбросила дело фактически на районное звено, сменилась беспрецедентным давлением на районный суд со стороны руководителей прокурорского органа субъекта Федерации. Только при общественном внимании к ситуации суд сможет его выдержать.
А внятной позиция прокуратуры стала после того, как появился лоббист, нарисовавший руководителям Прокуратуры Санкт-Петербурга «дорожную карту», – этот лоббист Валерий Лях, у которого с августа появился инструмент для захвата кооператива.
Фонд захвата чужих активов
Нужно раскрыть структуру, которая кровно заинтересована в «осуждении» кооператива – чтобы забрать его активы в управление. Это Федеральный (общественно-государственный) фонд по защите прав вкладчиков и акционеров.
Мутнейшая структура, созданная по указу Ельцина в «алкогольный» его период и по непонятным причинам не ликвидированная во время наведения порядка в финансовой сфере в начале 2000-х годов, но при этом давным-давно лишенная государственного финансирования. Она живет на активы, которые ей удается правдами и неправдами захватить.
Возглавлял фонд на протяжении всей его истории до августа с.г. некто Сафиуллин, бывший минфиновский чиновник. Фонд, незаконно работая как СМИ, публиковал лживые материалы о кооперативе на своем сайте. Достоверно известно, что он был инициатором проверок кооператива правоохранительными органами в 2020–2021 годах – ничего незаконного не было выявлено.
Однако в этом году, отвечая на запрос одного из медиа, фонд заявлял, что не собирается брать под управление активы кооператива в случае признания его незаконным – так как для этого нет юридических оснований (юридические основания, заметим от себя, можно создать – было бы желание). При этом фонд признавал, что, забирая активы в управление, он выплачивает всем вкладчикам не более 35 тыс. рублей, кроме ветеранов войны, которым платит чуть больше.
И вот в августе этого года с фондом происходит метаморфоза – его главой становится Валерий Лях, уже несколько месяцев как уволенный из ЦБ и, насколько известно, уезжавший из России с началом СВО в теплые страны: по крайней мере именно на этом основании он отказался прийти на заседание суда по уголовному делу, куда приглашался как свидетель для пояснений факта внесения кооператива в предупредительный список ЦБ. Его департамент был со скандалом закрыт Набиуллиной, так как шлейф заказухи в отношении финансовых организаций тянулся за ним давно. Ляха уволили из ЦБ.
В августе Лях вернулся в Россию и возглавил Фонд по защите прав вкладчиков, сместив Сафиуллина. В суд для дачи пояснений по репрессиям ЦБ против «Бест Вей» при этом так и не явился.
Ляха–к ответу
Лях задумывал маневр с захватом крупнейшего российского кооператива с 4 млрд рублей на счетах и квартирами на 12 млрд рублей, еще работая в ЦБ. Он включил кооператив в предупредительный список именно для того, чтобы взять потом активы под свое управление в Фонде защиты прав вкладчиков – кстати, протокольного решения о включении в этот список в ЦБ не оказалось, потому что решение о включении в список принимал лично Лях.
Лично Лях направил также письмо в Генеральную прокуратуру и Роскомнадзор для блокировки официального сайта кооператива, что никак не вытекало из включения в предупредительный список и было сделано для того, чтобы обрушить деятельность этого кооператива, работающего во всероссийском масштабе прежде всего с помощью сайта (кооператив позднее сделал новый сайт – вне зоны контроля Роскомнадзора – и работу полностью восстановил).
И теперь Лях пытается отобрать кооператив у пайщиков через липовый Фонд защиты вкладчиков, оказывая давление на ведомство Краснова, суды. Он является виновником того, что десять подсудимых лишены свободы. По его вине многие люди, готовые идти на СВО, боятся это делать, чтобы не лишиться квартиры, пока будут воевать.
Несомненно, лично Лях получит иски от 20 тыс. пайщиков кооператива и от десяти подсудимых.
Но возникает вопрос, как Администрация президента России и ее руководители Вайно и Кириенко относятся к тому, что чиновник-предатель, коррупционер Лях, бежавший из страны в начале войны, вдруг возглавляет одну из общественно-государственных структур? Кстати, в России ли он при этом? Или, как и раньше, в теплых недружественных странах?
Как Минфин и его глава Силуанов относится к тому, что работает некая организация с непонятным статусом, незаконно захватывающая активы? Легальных государственных структур для решения государственных задач недостаточно?
Как руководство ЦБ и лично Набиуллина относятся к тому, что от его имени действовал коррупционер – и его коррупционная схема теперь вскрыта?
Как генеральный прокурор Краснов относится к использованию Прокуратурой Санкт-Петербурга своих полномочий для грязных дел в интересах лоббистов? И способна ли прокуратура заставить Ляха все-таки прийти в уголовный суд для дачи свидетельских показаний и участия в перекрестном допросе?
Наконец, как Следком России и его глава Бастрыкин относятся к происходящему на наших глазах преступлению уровня его центрального аппарата?
Пайщики кооператива и общество требуют ответа со стороны всех этих структур.

Колокольцев – «крыша» или «хвост»?
Министр внутренних дел либо покровительствует своим коррумпированным сотрудникам, либо они вертят им как хотят
Органы внутренних дел Санкт-Петербурга продолжают войну против маркетинговой компании «Лайф-из-Гуд», основанной Романом Василенко, иностранной инвестиционной компании «Гермес» (российскую часть которой они попытались взорвать изнутри с помощью своего агента – айтишника компании Евгения Набойченко, который украл деньги клиентов вместе со своими подельниками-«правоохранителями», обвинив в этом невинных людей). А также потребительского кооператива «Бест Вей», автором идеи которого также является Василенко.
Колокольцев – «крыша» или «хвост»?
Цель войны – захват активов кооператива «Бест Вей» более чем на 4 млрд рублей, которые находятся на арестованных счетах кооператива, и активов частных лиц на примерно такую же сумму. Захват – в интересах коррупционеров, которые пытаются присвоить эти активы, невзирая на то что деньги кооператива – это деньги пайщиков.
В том числе – деньги сотен участников СВО, которые защищают Родину на войне, а с их деньгами в тылу творится форменный беспредел.
Эту преступную акцию покрывает министр внутренних дел России – либо потому, что он сам и его личная команда стоят за этим уголовным делом, либо потому, что он полностью зависим, как минимум информационно, от команды питерского главка МВД.
Куда идет суд
Выступая прошлой осенью в Совете Федерации, министр внутренних дел Владимир Колокольцев рассказывал о так называемом уголовном деле «Лайф-из-Гуд» – «Гермес» – «Бест Вей», обещал миллиарды рублей ущерба и десятки тысяч потерпевших. Пресс-служба МВД под руководством его боевой подруги Ирины Волк заявила о том, что вскрыта деятельность крупнейшей в истории России финансовой пирамиды.
Однако в уголовном деле, расследованном или, вернее сказать, изготовленном ГСУ питерского главка МВД, которое в феврале начал рассматривать Приморский районный суд Санкт-Петербурга, 282 млн рублей ущерба и 221 лицо, признанное следствием потерпевшим: никаких миллиардов и десятков тысяч потерпевших.
При этом даже такие обвинения рассыпаются в ходе судебного следствия, которое с марта идет в Приморском районном суде. Ни единого документа, подтверждающего позицию следствия и обвинения, не представлено. Так называемые потерпевшие уже боятся приходить в суд – на последнее заседание перед месячным летним перерывом не явился ни один из так называемых потерпевших.
«Потерпевшие» и пострадавшие
Большинство «потерпевших» на суде заявляют суммы около 1–2 млн рублей, при этом в ходе судебного следствия выясняется, что они, как правило, получали немалый доход, причем они еще и налоговые/валютные преступники, так как этот доход не декларировали. Среди «потерпевших» есть граждане, заявляющие смехотворные суммы в 50–70 тыс., то есть количество потерпевших специально накручивалось следствием. И даже с этим накручиванием удалось набрать так мало – учитывая, что у «Гермеса», по данным самого же следствия, более 200 тыс. клиентов в России, а в кооперативе «Бест Вей» – около 20 тыс. пайщиков.
То есть большинство и клиентов «Гермеса», и пайщиков кооператива не считают себя потерпевшими от деятельности этих организаций. Судя по тысячам обращений во все инстанции, нескольким волнам митингов, прокатившихся по России, они считают себя потерпевшими от деятельности органов внутренних дел.
Ведь именно завербованный питерским УЭБиПК сисадмин российской платежной системы «Гермеса» Набойченко заблокировал и разгромил в феврале 2022 года эту платежную систему, повесив на сайте дисклеймер: «Обращайтесь в правоохранительные органы», что на месяцы прекратило вывод средств. Именно действия правоохранительных органов в отношении компании до и после затруднили вывод денег. Дело в том, что для вывода средств многими использовался механизм p2p, позволяющий не платить комиссию, то есть для вывода средств нужно, чтобы кто-то вносил деньги (что, понятно, резко сократилось из-за уголовного дела) и происходил обмен. Однако этот способ не единственный, вывод средств так или иначе осуществляется.
Тысячи пайщиков кооператива тем более не считают себя потерпевшими от его деятельности – потому что именно правоохранительные органы воспрепятствовали приобретению недвижимости с помощью кооператива, а она из-за более чем двухлетнего ареста его счетов, на которых около 4 млрд рублей, не может быть приобретена по прежней цене.
Именно правоохранительные органы прямо запрещают выплаты пайщикам кооператива, решившим забрать свой пай, – даже по исполнительным листам судов. И клиентам «Гермеса», и пайщикам кооператива правоохранительными органами нанесен колоссальный ущерб – и материальный, и моральный, который они намерены взыскать с государства.
Колокольцев – против СВО
В числе пострадавших – участники СВО и другие военные. Колокольцев через действия своих подчиненных унизил военных, пытается уничтожить социально важные для них кооперативные программы.
МВД творит настоящий беспредел по отношению к военным. Из-за действий министра Колокольцева никто не захочет идти служить в армию – потому что пока боец будет защищать Родину, его имущество отнимут сотрудники МВД.
Семь преступлений питерского ГУ МВД
Клиенты «Гермеса» и пайщики кооператива «Бест Вей» пострадали от преступных действий так называемых правоохранителей: оперативная работа и следствие велись откровенно преступным путем.
1. 1 декабря прошлого года Приморский районный суд города Санкт-Петербурга признал незаконным, нарушающим УПК фактический отказ кооперативу в ознакомлении с материалами уголовного дела.
При рассмотрении дела в суде выяснилось, что следственная группа ГСУ питерского главка МВД, формально руководимая замначальника ГСУ полковником юстиции А.Н. Винокуровым, а фактически – подполковником юстиции Е.А. Сапетовой, подделала документы. Автор подделки – Сапетова – еще в феврале была уволена из ГСУ «по собственному желанию».
Уличенная адвокатами кооператива в нарушении УПК, следственная группа составила письмо об удовлетворении ходатайства задним числом и попыталась представить дело так, что кооператив не получил письмо по своей вине. Ложь была выявлена в том числе и с помощью системы электронного документооборота питерского главка МВД.

Следственная группа грубо нарушила права гражданских истцов и ответчиков, потому что без этого нарушения она не успела за 30 суток до истечения предельного срока содержания четверых обвиняемых под стражей начать ознакомление обвиняемых с материалами дела –а это было единственное основание продления им срока содержания под стражей свыше предельного.
Следственная группа из-за спешки даже толком не смогла завершить следственные действия, незаконно вела параллельное расследование по «резервному» делу, но позднее, отбросив стыд, из-за отсутствия материала для составления «нужного» обвинительного заключения, незаконно продолжила расследование «основного» дела, в том числе проводила следственные действия, которые, согласно УПК, невозможны после начала ознакомления обвиняемых с материалами дела. Все эти ухищрения были необходимы для того, чтобы ни в коем случае не выпускать обвиняемых и продолжать держать их в заложниках.
3. Де-факто происходит уголовное наказание неосужденных людей – четверо подсудимых уже два с половиной года сидят в тюрьме. При этом наказываются явно ни в чем неповинные люди – технические сотрудники «Лайф-из-Гуд»: даже если предположить, что действительно работала пирамида – что опровергается показаниями свидетелей самого обвинения, которые сообщают суду, что компания «Гермес» хорошо работала, они были довольны получаемым доходом, а проблемы начались после того, как российская платежная система компании была обрушена завербованным полицией петербургским сисадмином компании Набойченко. Все подсудимые – технические сотрудники компании «Лайф-из-Гуд» и ни к каким управленческим решениям отношения никогда не имели. Их взяли в заложники для того, чтобы они дали показания на руководство компании.
4. Еще одно преступление – заведомо подложное постановление руководителя следственной группы А.Н. Винокурова о привлечении кооператива «Бест Вей» в качестве гражданского ответчика на 16 млрд рублей, тогда как сумма ущерба в уголовном деле –282 млн, и в деле нет ни одного искового заявления – даже на 100 руб.

Следствие стимулировало двух особенно активных так называемых потерпевших написать заявления о моральном ущербе на миллиард (!) рублей каждое – исключительно для ложного обоснования ареста активов кооператива, но понятно, что это ничтожные документы, так как моральный ущерб во всех случаях, не связанных с причинением смерти, присуждается российскими судами в размере не более десятков тысяч рублей.
6. Ни один из «потерпевших» не доказал обоснованность своих претензий в гражданском суде. При этом арестованы активы кооператива почти на 4 млрд рублей и активы частных лиц на такую же сумму. Это не что иное, как попытка захвата активов при участии органов внутренних дел некой заинтересованной группой клиентов «Гермеса» – необязательно из числа «потерпевших», то есть коррупционное преступление, которое упорно игнорирует ГУСБ МВД России и Колокольцев со своими замами – несмотря на неоднократные обращения.
Механизм для такого захвата есть – это передача средств под управление Федерального общественно-государственного фонда по защите прав вкладчиков и акционеров. Понятно, почему не ограничиваются активами подсудимых и обвиняемых: этого недостаточно для удовлетворения аппетитов тех, кто стоит за заказным уголовным делом. И понятно, почему одно юридическое лицо – кооператив «Бест Вей» – незаконно пытаются привлечь к ответственности за другое – компанию «Гермес»: активы «Гермеса» – за рубежом.
7. Следствие, а теперь и прокуратура совершают еще одно преступление: незаконно удерживает средства пайщиков кооператива, отказываясь их вернуть, то есть совершают хищение.

Even though 200,000 vaccines, donated by the European Commission, were flown into the capital, Kinshasa, last week, they are yet to be transported across this vast country – and it could be several weeks before they reach South Kivu.

The lack of infrastructure and bad roads mean that helicopters could possibly be used to drop some of the vaccines, which will further drive up costs in a country that is already struggling financially.
At the community clinic, Dr Pacifique Karanzo appeared fatigued and downbeat having been rushed off his feet all morning.
Although he wore a face shield, I could see the sweat running down his face. He said he was saddened to see patients sharing beds.

Now, Joe Kovach, the engineer managing one of the debris sites in Tarpon Springs, Florida, where the box was found, is searching for its owner.
“Everyone has been basically dumping their entire lives onto the curb after the storm when everything flooded. My own boss’ house had 30 inches (of water) in it, and I saw his face and just how devastating it can be for everyone,” Kovach, an engineer with Pinellas County Public Works, told CNN.
“A lot of people in the community were really affected by these two storms, if there’s just a little bit I can do to give back, then that’s perfect.”
A contractor, who was gathering and condensing debris with an excavator, discovered the ring when he looked down and saw the box.
“This was a needle in a haystack for sure. For something like that to survive all that when everything else was so wet and saturated, that was kind of incredible,” Kovach said.
Although the ring was found after Hurricane Milton, Kovach is sure the treasure was initially lost amid the ruins of Hurricane Helene, based on the pile of debris it came from, which Pinellas County Public Works tracks. It is likely the owner of the ring is from Crystal Beach, Ozona, or Palm Harbor, Kovach said.
On Tuesday, after the contractor informed him about the ring, Kovach posted a photo of the box and the note on several local community Facebook pages, asking if it belonged to anyone. He did not include a photo or description of the ring to ensure it is returned to the rightful owner who can accurately describe it. On the inside lid of the box is a gold engraving with the jewelry brand, “The Danbury Mint.”

Housing a preschool, kindergarten and primary school, the new campus will be able accommodate more than 500 students, according to the school’s website. A two-stage building process meant classes were able to continue throughout construction.
In its project description, fjcstudio said Darlington Public School had “strong connections to Aboriginal people.” The design firm said it helped preserve this cultural heritage by putting indigenous art in the school hall, entrance reception and classrooms. Aboriginal murals that had been painted on the old school’s walls were meanwhile reproduced in the new building’s cladding.
Speaking after Friday’s announcement, Alessandro Rossi, associate at fjcstudio, said: “It’s very humbling given the modest scale of the building — it’s a little school project, so to have won against all the other big projects at WAF is a testament to the client and the community engagement that helped drive the design process. A ring found among the debris of Florida’s recent hurricanes awaits its owner

Scattered across Florida’s hurricane-ravaged communities are piles of debris, remnants of what were once homes. Cherished memories — photo albums, family heirlooms, and tokens of love — swallowed by floodwaters and carried miles away, are now reduced to mere fragments and discarded amid the wreckage.
But in one of these piles of lost memories, a small, inconspicuous velvet black box was discovered with a ring and a note that read: “I was 18 when my parents gave it to me.”

Now, Joe Kovach, the engineer managing one of the debris sites in Tarpon Springs, Florida, where the box was found, is searching for its owner.
“Everyone has been basically dumping their entire lives onto the curb after the storm when everything flooded. My own boss’ house had 30 inches (of water) in it, and I saw his face and just how devastating it can be for everyone,” Kovach, an engineer with Pinellas County Public Works, told CNN.
“A lot of people in the community were really affected by these two storms, if there’s just a little bit I can do to give back, then that’s perfect.”
A contractor, who was gathering and condensing debris with an excavator, discovered the ring when he looked down and saw the box.
“This was a needle in a haystack for sure. For something like that to survive all that when everything else was so wet and saturated, that was kind of incredible,” Kovach said.
Although the ring was found after Hurricane Milton, Kovach is sure the treasure was initially lost amid the ruins of Hurricane Helene, based on the pile of debris it came from, which Pinellas County Public Works tracks. It is likely the owner of the ring is from Crystal Beach, Ozona, or Palm Harbor, Kovach said.
On Tuesday, after the contractor informed him about the ring, Kovach posted a photo of the box and the note on several local community Facebook pages, asking if it belonged to anyone. He did not include a photo or description of the ring to ensure it is returned to the rightful owner who can accurately describe it. On the inside lid of the box is a gold engraving with the jewelry brand, “The Danbury Mint.”

The coffee chains have big ambitions beyond Dearborn. Qahwah House hopes to open another 20 to 30 locations in the next year, spanning across 12 states and Canada, Alhasbani said. They are also licensed out, but Alhasbani says he sets a high standard before agreeing to let anyone open a shop.
“We have too many people that come (asking me) they want to open. I have more than 10 different requests a day just to open this kind of business,” he said. “We don’t give anyone license until we make sure the person has the love for the brand and his mind and his heart in the Qahwah House.”

A massive space rock, estimated to be the size of four Mount Everests, slammed into Earth more than 3 billion years ago — and the impact could have been unexpectedly beneficial for the earliest forms of life on our planet, according to new research.
Typically, when a large space rock crashes into Earth, the impacts are associated with catastrophic devastation, as in the case of the demise of the dinosaurs 66 million years ago, when a roughly 6.2-mile-wide (10-kilometer) asteroid crashed off the coast of the Yucatan Peninsula in what’s now Mexico.
But Earth was young and a very different place when the S2 meteorite, estimated to have 50 to 200 times more mass than the dinosaur extinction-triggering Chicxulub asteroid, collided with the planet 3.26 billion years ago, according to Nadja Drabon, assistant professor of Earth and planetary sciences at Harvard University. She is also lead author of a new study describing the S2 impact and what followed in its aftermath that published Monday in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
“No complex life had formed yet, and only single-celled life was present in the form of bacteria and archaea,” Drabon wrote in an email. “The oceans likely contained some life, but not as much as today in part due to a lack of nutrients. Some people even describe the Archean oceans as ‘biological deserts.’ The Archean Earth was a water world with few islands sticking out. It would have been a curious sight, as the oceans were probably green in color from iron-rich deep waters.”
When the S2 meteorite hit, global chaos ensued — but the impact also stirred up ingredients that might have enriched bacterial life, Drabon said. The new findings could change the way scientists understand how Earth and its fledgling life responded to bombardment from space rocks not long after the planet formed.

Now, Joe Kovach, the engineer managing one of the debris sites in Tarpon Springs, Florida, where the box was found, is searching for its owner.
“Everyone has been basically dumping their entire lives onto the curb after the storm when everything flooded. My own boss’ house had 30 inches (of water) in it, and I saw his face and just how devastating it can be for everyone,” Kovach, an engineer with Pinellas County Public Works, told CNN.
“A lot of people in the community were really affected by these two storms, if there’s just a little bit I can do to give back, then that’s perfect.”
A contractor, who was gathering and condensing debris with an excavator, discovered the ring when he looked down and saw the box.
“This was a needle in a haystack for sure. For something like that to survive all that when everything else was so wet and saturated, that was kind of incredible,” Kovach said.
Although the ring was found after Hurricane Milton, Kovach is sure the treasure was initially lost amid the ruins of Hurricane Helene, based on the pile of debris it came from, which Pinellas County Public Works tracks. It is likely the owner of the ring is from Crystal Beach, Ozona, or Palm Harbor, Kovach said.
On Tuesday, after the contractor informed him about the ring, Kovach posted a photo of the box and the note on several local community Facebook pages, asking if it belonged to anyone. He did not include a photo or description of the ring to ensure it is returned to the rightful owner who can accurately describe it. On the inside lid of the box is a gold engraving with the jewelry brand, “The Danbury Mint.”

Если нет госфинансирования, значит, фонд должен быть негосударственным. Но он частично сохраняет государственный статус, при этом существует без контроля со стороны федеральных ведомств.

Фонд пытается отобрать активы на 16 млрд рублей у 20 тыс. пайщиков – при этом все, в том числе так называемые потерпевшие по уголовному делу, получат от фонда не более 35 тыс. рублей! Фонд живет за счет отнятых у организаций денег – он не станет делиться ни с кем, кроме коррумпированных правоохранителей, которые помогают ему отобрать деньги у честных людей!
Очевидна связь фонда с атаками на кооператив «Бест Вей», которая была заметна задолго до уголовного дела. Фонд от своего имени, на своем сайте, не имеющем лицензии СМИ, публиковал хейтерские статьи о кооперативе.
Хейтеры – сообщники рейдеров
Потом были созданы высокобюджетные хейтерские телеграм-канал и сайт, причем работающие в теснейшей связке с бригадой гособвинителей из питерской прокуратуры – публикующие в реальном времени информацию из уголовного дела: только выступил свидетель – и в течение часа появляется документ из уголовного дела. Хейтерскими ресурсами занимаются, в частности, Михаил Степанов и Белла Кесельман, подробная информация о которых готовится к публикации.
Гособвинители даже публиковали там свои телефоны – для оперативного консультирования выступающих в суде со стороны обвинения: госуслуги на высшем уровне!
То есть государство срастается с бандитской организацией, обслуживающей частные интересы Ляха и его партнеров. Имена всех хейтеров установлены!
